I’m a customer of 15 years and have 100s of complaints about this bank since they became Milleis. Firstly they never reply to my contact/complaints. The most recent being 3 companies helping themselves to money from my account each month, they’re not interested and still pay them ! They were sending my statements to the wrong address for a year despite my repeated complaints and also sent me someone else’s statements. The security at this bank is horrendous !
